At Funufco, we want you to love your jewelry, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process.
Returns
- Eligibility: You can return most items within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@funufco.com. We will guide you through the process and provide instructions on how to return the item.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please reach out to our customer service team. We’ll help process the exchange as quickly as possible once we receive the returned item.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will either replace the item or offer a full refund.
